Missing Delivered Order

Hey, that's frustrating—we totally get it. If your tracking info says "Delivered," but you haven't got your package, here are some steps to help you out.


Check Around

Sometimes carriers place packages in hidden spots to prevent them from being stolen. Have a look around your porch, with a neighbor, or in your mailbox.


Wait a Bit

Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they actually are. Give it another 24-48 hours, as it might still show up.


Talk to Your Carrier

The carrier has the most up-to-date info. Give them a call or visit their local office to find out what happened to your package.
