Journal Returns

We're sorry to hear you're thinking about returning your journal. Before you do, let's go over a few things to make sure we're all on the same page (pun intended!).


Returnable Condition

We totally get that sometimes things don't work out. But since we can't re-sell a used journal, we ask that the journal is:

  • Completely unused and unwritten in
  • In its original packaging
  • Still in a condition that's good as new

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact Us: Drop us an email at support@dare2wearart to initiate the return. Don't forget to include your order number.
  2. Wait for Approval: We'll review your request and let you know how to proceed.
  3. Send It Back: Once approved, you can mail the journal back to us. Heads up, return shipping fees are on you.

Refunds

Once we receive the journal and confirm it's in salable condition, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. This usually takes around 7 business days.


Exceptions

Journals that have been used, written in, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned, unfortunately. 

Any journal returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.


Timeframe

You've got 30 days from the time you receive your journal to initiate a return. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.
