Charity Donation

We're thrilled that you're interested in contributing to a cause we care deeply about. Here's how our charity donation process works:


How Donations Are Made

For every purchase you make, we contribute a percentage to our partner charity. You'll see this listed as a separate item in your cart at checkout.


Transparency

We believe in full transparency. That's why we provide a monthly report that's publicly available on our website. It shows exactly how much has been donated to the charity for that month.


Cancellations & Returns

If you decide to cancel or return an item, the corresponding donation will be withdrawn. You'll see this reflected in your refund amount.


Tracking

We'll send you a confirmation email detailing your donation amount once your order is complete. You can also track all your past donations by logging into your account on our website.


Tax Deduction

Though we're the ones making the donation, you'll still get a tax receipt. We'll email it to you at the end of the fiscal year.


Exceptions

We're unable to process separate or additional donations to the charity through our platform at this time.
