Blanket Returns
Not thrilled with your new blanket? No worries, we've got you covered (yep, we love a good blanket pun too).
Returnable Condition
If you're thinking about returning your blanket, we kindly ask that it is:
- Completely unused and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- Still in a condition you'd be happy receiving it in
How to Make a Return
- Contact Us: Shoot us an email at support@dare2wearart to start the return process. Be sure to include your order number.
- Wait for Approval: We'll take a look at your request and let you know the next steps.
- Send It Back: Once you get the go-ahead, you can mail the blanket back to us. Just a heads-up, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
After we get the blanket back and check that it's in tip-top shape, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. This usually takes about 7 business days to process.
Exceptions
- Blankets that have been used, washed, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a return.
- Returns without prior approval might not get a refund, so make sure to contact us first.
Timeframe
You've got 30 days from when you receive your blanket to start the return process. Any requests after this window won't be accepted, unfortunately.
