Why Differences Occur
Sometimes colors and details look different in person than they do on a computer or phone screen. This can happen for a variety of reasons such as screen brightness, color settings, or even the angle you're viewing it from.
What You Can Do
- Take Photos: Snap a few pictures of the art print next to the image on your screen where you made the purchase. This helps us see what you're seeing.
- Contact Us: Send those photos along with your order number to support@dare2wearart within 14 days of receiving the art print.
Next Steps
- Evaluation: We'll compare the photos to see if the difference falls outside of normal variations.
- Options: We'll offer you a range of solutions, which could include a replacement, a discount on a future purchase, or a full refund.
Timeframe
- Response Time: We aim to get back to you within 48 hours.
- Resolution: We'll resolve the issue within 7-10 business days after we've evaluated the situation.
Exceptions
Art prints that have been damaged after delivery are not eligible for this process.
